Cancellations & Refunds


All of our Moses baskets are individually handmade to order and created specifically for each customer. Production begins immediately after an order is placed, and materials are allocated to your bespoke item.


As these products are made to order, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once an order has been placed. Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.


If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue so that we can investigate and arrange a suitable resolution where appropriate.
